CHECK IN & PACKET PICK UP
Registration, check in and packet pick-up will be at the expo on the Friday prior to the event.
There will also be race morning packet pick-up and race morning registration for all events. Registration Packets will include your numbers, timing chip and the latest schedule of events.
Riders are required pick up their own race packets and need to show a photo ID and sign an event Release Form (available at packet pick-up).
Cancellations and/or transfers will be accepted subject to the conditions below.
Cancellations will be accepted up until 3 weeks out from the event. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee.
You may also transfer your registration fee to the following years event.
Only one transfer is allowed and you must contact us prior to the deadline to request a cancellation or transfer of your entry fee.
Cancellations after the deadline will not be accepted.
Distance transfers will be accepted until a week prior to the event.
Only one distance transfer is allowed. If you are transferring to a longer distance, you will be required to pay the difference in entry fees. If you transfer to a shorter distance, the difference in entry fees will not be refunded.
You must contact us prior to the deadline to request a distance transfer.
No substitutions or transfers of rider numbers are allowed. Participants wearing the number of another cyclist or a rider who gives their number to another cyclist will be disqualified.
